Comfort food with a fibre upgrade. MAKHANZA Pasta is made with makhana (foxnut) flour, foxtail millet, besan and whole wheat, with a masala sachet inside.

How to cook
- Boil 750 ml–1 L water with a pinch of salt.
- Add the pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes, until al dente.
- Drain, reserving a splash of the cooking water.
- Mix the pasta with the masala, add water if needed, mix and serve hot.

Whole Wheat Flour (48%), Foxtail Millet Flour (20%), Makhana Flour (20%), Besan Gram Flour (4.5%), Cluster Bean Powder (4.5%), Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) (2%) and Iodized Salt.

Mixed Spices (49.59%) (Coriander Seeds Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Cumin, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Cassia, Bay Leaves, Fenugreek, Star Aniseed, Clove, Nutmeg), Iodized Salt, Unrefined Cane Sugar and Acidity Regulator (INS 330).
