From pack to bowl

  1. Boil 500 ml water in a pan.

  2. Add the noodle cake and cook 6–7 minutes, stirring now and then, until soft.

  3. Sprinkle in the masala sachet and mix well.

  4. Simmer for 1 more minute, then serve hot.

About 8 minutes, start to finish.
